Christmas is nearly upon us again and while we are all thinking about time with family and friends, gifts, food and menus it’s time to please think local!The Chamber are again running the BUY LOCAL Christmas Campaign and retail Christmas window display.

We have many great businesses in Augusta and Karridale that offer a great range of services, gift ideas and gift vouchers to suit the most discerning recipient. Please make a difference to our town and surrounds and make your first choice a local purchase. This Christmas and in 2020 make this your catchphrase..… SUPPORT AUGUSTA.

NEW BUSINESSES

  • The Colourpatch Cafe has opened and now operating with a full menu, online and phone bookings as well as a take away menu. With fabulous northerly views of Hardy Inlet it is a great place to meet friends, enjoy a coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink.
  • Butcher
    News is out that we are to welcome Hank the new butcher to reopen the butcher shop in time for your Christmas and ongoing purchases.  Hank has a wealth of experience with the trade, pop in and introduce yourselves after the 14th December.
  • Flukes
    Sue Roberts, a well-known local identity has re-opened Maggie’s Place with a great range of gourmet and takeaway foods and eclectic gifts in perfect time for Christmas and the busy festive season.

The Augusta Chamber are once again hosting the Christmas Carols at The Colourpatch.
